Our history begins back in 1999, when Pac-Atlantic Holdings Company Inc. and Kawatetsu Transportation & Technology Co., Ltd. (KTT) formed the joint venture company K-PAC Transport, Inc.
History
Change of Name
In 2004, K-PAC changed its name to J-PAC Logistics, Inc. to reflect the name change of its Japanese parent company from KTT to JFE Logistics, Inc.
ISO Certification
In 2005, J-PAC streamlined its operations, documentations and procedures according to internationally accepted practices under the ISO 9001 quality management systems.
100% Acquisition
In 2007,Pac-Atlantic Holdings bought out all shares of its Japanese partner to make J-PAC a purely Philippine company.
Expansion
in 2015, J-PAC acquired the activities and resources of an affiliate freight forwarder to further strengthen its commercial forwarding and cargo consolidation activities.
